I ordered 2 Bernardaud plates in August 2012 for my son and daughter-in- law's anniversary gift. Projected d.o.a. was initially October. I was told that the plates were in and ready to ship out to me in November, then suddenly without explanation, the plates vanished and a new projected date was January 2013.

The plates arrived on December 31, 2012 in the wrong finish. I could not believe that after all the frustration involved in my order and the lack of communication from

customer service, I was not able to receive the correct order. I proceeded to try and get a return label from Fine Brand Sales via UPS and Connie told me that she was unable to get a return shipping label to me. I told her that I would then start a dispute with AmEx and miraculously she found a way after three weeks of haggling to help me return the item. The last part of the nightmare is that the return was signed for 2 months ago by someone in the Fine Brand Sales office and yet no credit was issued without me emailing the company and telling them that I was going to get Am Ex involved if they didn't refund the money. It took them a few days to take care of it and not even a word of apology accompanied the statement that the refund had been processed. I will definitely be checking my AmEx statement in the next few days to be sure that they did what they said they were going to do since

they are not trustworthy. Save yourself a lot of frustration and time by not dealing with Fine Brand Sales!!!!! It is not worth the dollars you might save. My ordeal with them lasted 8 LONG MONTHS!

Had an Experience with Fine Brand Sales?

I have had that same problem with the exact same merchandise.

I agree -

it is not worth the savings.

They over commit, under deliver.
